Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in Market Day on Main! Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully. A representative from the Chamber will contact you to collect payment after your application has been submitted and reviewed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be reviewed. Confirmations & other correspondence will be sent via email.

You can now register for all 2018 Market's at one time, with one application. Please indicate which markets you would like to attend on this application. Please note, Market Day Registration is non-transferable. A $25 administration fee, per space, will be collected for refunds prior to the 72-hour before the individual market.

Early Bird Pricing: $40 Registration if received on or before the following dates:

    • May 4, 2018 at 5pm for June Market Day
    • August 31, 2018 at 5pm for September Market Day

Final Registration Deadline: $50 Registration and your application must be submitted by the following dates:

Terms & Conditions

LOCATION: Market Day is held on Main Street in Marble Falls, Texas between First and Fourth Streets. Main Street is located one block west of Highway 281.

TIME: Setup will vary depending on booth location. Show hours 10:00am-4:00pm. Vendors may NOT tear-down until 4:00pm.

ATTENDANCE: Approximately 1,500+ shoppers attend Market Day, and there is an average of 85 vendors.

BOOTH FEE: Booth Fees for a 14’ x 14’ space:

PAYMENTS: Payments will not be accepted at event. A representative from the Chamber will contact you to collect payment after your application has been submitted and reviewed. Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be reviewed.

CANCELLATIONS: Chamber of Commerce will not issue refunds for vendor cancellations within 72 hours of the event. A $25 administration fee per space will be collected for refunds prior to the 72-hour cut off. NO REFUNDS DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER! We will do everything in our power to get a rain date.

ELECTRICITY: There is an additional charge of $20 to have access to one 110v outlet. Electricity is limited and will be given on a first pay basis. If you require electricity, please bring your own extension cords. Electricity fee will not be refunded for overloading the 110v or cancellations. Please call to verify available electricity before sending fee. The use of generators is prohibited.

SET-UP: Your space number and move-in time will be sent to you via email. The Chamber of Commerce provides the space only. Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, water, etc. Please note: All tents must have 30 lb weight on each leg! All vendors must move their vehicles immediately after unloading to designated parking areas. Vendor parking is located on Avenue J (one block west of Main Street). Absolutely no vendors will be allowed to park on Main Street with the exception of loading and unloading.

VENDING: Vending must occur from rented spaces and may not exceed the space boundaries. Each vendor is solely responsible for his merchandise, property and business transactions. Merchandise left unattended is done so entirely at the owner’s risk. NO pets are permitted. Vendors may not sell food or beverages.

SALES TAX, PERMITS, ETC: Vendors are responsible for their own licenses or permits, whether it be resale or sales tax. If you have questions regarding this matter, contact the State Comptroller at 1-800-252-5555. The amount due for 2018 is 8.25% (State tax 6.25% & City of Marble Falls tax 2.00%).


INSURANCE:
All Vendors must supply the Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce with a copy of your Certificate of Liability. Failure to do so will prohibit participation as a vendor and all fees will be forfeited. Insurance must contain the following: limits of no less than $1,000,000 Occurrence and $2,000,000 Aggregate, Products & Completed Operations Coverage, and an endorsement naming the Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce & CVB as Additional Insured with a Waiver of Subrogation.

CLEAN-UP: It is your responsibility to leave your area clean and orderly. Trash containers are available on site.

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: First ten (10) Chamber Member non-profit organizations that submit a registration form are FREE of charge. Non-profits receiving a free space will have their booth location determined by the Chamber. All other non-profit organizations will be charged the normal registration fee. Non-profits receiving a free space are still responsible for payment of electricity. If non-profit receiving free space cancels AFTER the deadline for registration, they will be billed a cancellation fee of $50.


I hereby release the Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce and any of its volunteers, employees and directors from any responsibility for any injuries to me or my employees and for any loss or damage to personal property while participating in Market Day. I further acknowledge that it is the vendors’ responsibility to maintain all required licenses for sales tax or food as required by the state of Texas. The Marble Falls/Lake LBJ Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any such licenses. I have read and understand the rules and agree to abide by all the rules during my participation in Market Day. I understand no refunds can be given in the case of cancellations due to inclement weather.
