The Highland Lakes Farmers' Market gives local vendors and farmers a place to come together and celebrate good, hard, honest work - the work done by the hands of our neighbors. Read below to meet just a few of them!

Scott Wilbeck. Skip Rock Ranch, specializing in natural grass fed beef, was founded by Scott and his brother Lee in 2012. "Our family has been farming and ranching in Texas since before it was even a state. We still maintain a traditional family cow/calf operation, but Skip Rock Ranch began as an effort to return to the roots of farm to table ranching in Texas." Erika Schuster, founder of Sooo Yummy! specializes in custom cakes for any occasion, as well as gourmet breads like pumpkin raisin, banana nut, blueberry and more.
